The example database also gives the same first warning, but produces a good 
sqlite database:

$ java -jar dist/mdb-sqlite.jar example/test-database.mdb 
example/test-database.sqlite

$ sqlite3 example/test-database.sqlite 
SQLite version 3.1.3

Fixed with 

AccessExporter.java, in the "populateTable" method,

prep.setDouble(i + 1, ( (Float) row.get(column.getName())));

Somebody should add this to trunk
