Find a way to give credit to past and present contributors in !!botinfo. Maybe another line/title?

re-added jordan. will move to a "previous contributors" section upon full bot re-write.

This repo is for the new version of the bot, not the old one, so there is no such thing as a "!!botinfo" command (yet?). My plan in regards to bot credit/attribution/contributors is to have a "Current" and "Previous" maintainers section in one of the commands. Perhaps an "!!about" command. For now, nothing is set in stone, we will have a more thorough discussion when it comes time.
