Add UN presence in Israeli borders with Syria and Lebanon #13

UN presence (UNDOF in the GOLAN heights and UNIFIL in Southern-Lebanon). The presence of UN adds additional challenges on operation in the region (Identification of mobile units, collateral damage) Action items: 1) Add description of UN assets to briefing materials 2) Add deployments (trigger zones and templates) to map 3) Decide on types of vehicles to be solely belonging to UN forces and can be distinguished by pilots/ VIS from Syrian/Lebanese/Israeli forces (Most probably LAV-25 , M113 and LAND ROVER under AUSTRALIA)

UNDOF locations are set; Next need to build the static-templates for them
