Would it be possible to setup a script/function/program to achieve the following effect:

Features:

Must be connected to a specific unit and LOS (so LOS will work)
Must take line of sight into consideration (LOS) (so masking from the jammer takes effect)
Must have the following function: when unit is dead, jamming stops
Must be heard both by pilots and controllers, so need to be broadcasted through SRS.
Should be able to broadcast on several frequencies (customizable by mission designer. Must be able to jam/broadcast on one frequency. Should ideally be able to do 5-10 freqs)
Should be able to play a soundfile in a loop (or any other way of jamming the freq)
Should have a way to start-stop, for example using triggers (ideally, as it can be setup in the ME)
Should have a way to setup a schedule for how it should play (for example jam in 10 minutes on freq 1,2,3,4,5. Then 5 minute break, then jam for 10 minutes on freq 6,7,8,9,10. And start over)
Should be able to use either a aircraft (simulating a Electronic Warfare aircraft) or a ground vehicle
Should be able to use several jammers at the same time (different areas)

Will be used by Special Recon BN from the generic enemy ground forces, or EW aircraft from enemy air force.

@132nd-etcher @theendsofinvention Me and Assaf have started working on this campaign now (and although the .miz is not availeble yet, since it will be based in the new Syrian map), I just want to see if you will be able to look into if this is possible.
