Set SAM's to "random" behaviour

Request is to set certain SAM groups to operate in "random" behaviour (As opposed to the "trap" mode in Issue #8 )

In random mode the SAM group behaves in the following manner:

Randomly turn off/on the radar ( on for 60-180 seconds, off for 120-360 seconds)
When off, moves to a randomly new location 20-100 meters away from current location (THIS ONLY FOR SAM's that can move, not SA-3, SA-2, SA-6, SA-10). (EDIT: Not every time the SAM is off, but maybe every 3rd time, or if a randomness also can be set here, for example every 1-5th time the SAM turns off, it moves)
If something is detected within the WEZ (weapon engagement zone) when it is on, the SAM stays on and tries to shoot down the aircrafts

Would it be possible to set this with a pre-fix, just as in Issue #7 ? Prefix can be "random_" But another prefix of course.

So some units might have SAM_evaderandom ?

Also , as with #7 , would it be possible to have a "menu" on the top of the script to change the values as necessary
