I can test this in local and redact a report, but wouldn't be outside what we could acquire in a real campaign? In the real world, they could make educated guesses, based on other intel rather than testing on training with actual Russian forces
This is intended to be done before the campaign. This is part of basic intelligence that we have and can use for all planning. The work during the campaign will be different, and I will invite to a group to do the intelligence during the campaign. I will provide more details for that part once we are closer to the actual campaign.
This is then something we can make as a VIS (Virtual Intelligence Service) Intelligence Report, and distribute as part of the framework materials for the campaign?
