Is there any error reported during the software operation?

Hi,
Thanks for developing the software. I have encountered some issue with chord outputting identical scores when the three ensemble methods output different scores. This only happens for some of my datasets. Do you know why this may be? Thanks!

There aren't any errors that stops the doublet detection algorithm. However, I did receive this error occasionally. Do you have any idea why this may be?
Loading required package: gbm
Loaded gbm 2.1.8.1
XIO: fatal IO error 0 (Success) on X server "172.20.4.31:16.0"
after 709 requests (709 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
Thanks!
I really haven't encountered this situation without reporting an error. You can try to find these values from the result file "testreal_score.csv" and draw them manually. In some server environments, gbm packages may be incompatible, and I may not be able to advise you on that.

Thanks for the quick response. Also is there any way to control what objects are being saved to the directory, such as seu.robj and sce.robj? I suspect it is also possible that this error might have something to do with I/O but I am not usre.
I didn't develop this feature... Files are generated in the run directory.
