ui - general styling updates

• fix the Welcome back, x text to not resize when the window resizes
• also the first row of buttons (dashboard, rankings, my apps)

• cards are too big, we want to be able to see whole cards even when the window is reduced!

i think this was fixed? probably in another branch bc i did not do this but good work whoever did this :)
