All automatically added entries should be displayed in a secondary list, accessed via the actionbar or an entry in the menu.
General Thoughts
This can either be done with a separate table in the database or (ideally) by adding a new fetchAllSubs() variant that returns only entries added from the clipboard.
It may be necessary to have another flag field similar to our private one to make fetching easier.
Maybe we should find a way to make these clear out on every device restart?
The second list will need a different set of context menu items:
Add to other ("permanent?") list
Invokes our add/edit dialog
Delete from this list
Just deletes it from the list. No confirmation
Its device menu can probably stay the same as the "permanent" one, but will not need the "add" option.
This should definitely be a new table. In the database upgrade method, when upgrading from database version 1.0-1.1 or 1.1-1.2, add a new table.
