scraper settings reverting #13

Hi, what a mountain of work you have been doing, thank you. Having trouble with 13C module 20812a and civ module 512a in kodi 18.1 on android (nvidia shield), cant get the scraper settings to stick, disable all torrents keeps reverting back to all enabled and even though torrents are disabled in resolveurl for RD and in 13C settings, the torrents still get scraped, also in scrapers EN there is kickass2 which is a torrent i believe and it is hard to get the toggle to stay off for that one too. It would be cool if we could make use of 13C built in sources folder and for those of us interested we could drop the sources we want in there and ignore all the other scraper module settings. Playback Debrid only not working. One cool thing is that resume is working ;)

so in script.module.civitasscrapers/resources settings.xml i replaced the "true" with "false" in this line: setting label="Civitas Scrapers Default Providers" type="action" option="close" action="RunPlugin(plugin://script.module.civitasscrapers/?mode=Defaults&setting=true&open_id='1.2')"/ and then when i chose disable all torrents my settings stayed set

Ok in scraper v513 the settings work well on mac and xbox and take a number of tries to keep set on nvidia but do get set ... not sure what is going on in cache in kodi 18.1 and android. I see kickass was moved... cool. 13c v266 (20813) settings playback debrid only still not working and torrent support dissable still not working.
