Google emoji now take priority over twemoji in Chromium #101

Not a bug or anything, but just bringing it up. It looks like Chromium now has Google emojis that take priority over the twemoji svginot font, at least since 90.0.4430.212

Would it be worth updating the readme to mention it? It doesn't support all emojis, and the more recent ones do at least use the fallback outline emojis. But at least now you can have color emojis in Chromium while also having the twemojis on Firefox, instead of Chromium getting monochrome outline emojis for everything.

Not sure how to handle the messaging. The thing is, most (many? some?) people install this font because to they don't want Google emoji. I prefer they fix https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=306078 which would resolve font issues beyond just this 🤔
