I'm using the Unicode 13.1 release on Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.168.

Steps to reproduce: -Install following the instructions provided. -Find any instance of men/women holding hands emojis where they share a skin color, notably the people holding hands emojis don't seem to have this issue. -It appears like this:
