Updated README url's to HTTPS (where possible) #60

replaced yaourt with yay in README.md, as yaourt is discontinued. Updated README url's to HTTPS (where possible)

Please don't merge this and add a link to the AUR package instead.

This commit is making two changes, one obviously correct, the other apparently open to argument.

@AladW What do you mean? Why?

@Rabjerg I may just close this and a make a separate commit with just the HTTPS changes while this Arch-specific discussion continues. Please make unrelated changes in separate PRs in the future.

AUR helpers are fully unsupported by Arch, and only encourage users to automatically install unverified content without manual inspection. Besides that in this case they serve no purpose at all, since ttf-twemoji-color has no AUR dependencies.
