Kasperksy Anti Virus is preventing PS3 disc dumper from opening.

I am not Kaspersky and can't do anything about it.

You can submit the file for manual analysis through your account if you have paid subscription or through their public form: https://support.kaspersky.com/us/15328 though free accounts have lowest priority and the analysis can take an undetermined amount of time.

fwiw, virustotal shows up clean https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/9e7c646c47515d06ed16f367fc0bdcff52558e2dc538406ef3a935bc62cfc4c5 except for the usual heuristics from small vendor of unknown origins
