ps3-disc-dumper_win64_v3.3.6r2.zip not working

I have use disk dumper this version for decurupt iso file who I'll download from <redacted> It's before many time but since last 10 days it's completely not working and evan i try it from many other devices and laptop but same issue is coming they detact Disk but cant find key and just getting blink on that counting and same issue face every time I'll try it more then 150 time in different different devices

Please please please Help
