Custom Factions

Adds: 3 new Loli Factions: OPFOR: Agamemnon's Will BLUFOR & INDFOR: Argos IV PDF, Emperor's Alley Fighters

Recreates and redoes the older Loli factions: OPFOR: Cornellia Rebels, Farsight Dominate INDFOR: CDF

Recreates old factions: OPFOR: Adeptus Mechanicus, Nurgle Cultists

Adds requirements to the DK mod for Imperial Conquest and Stargate (already in the mod list)

Groups for the units will be found under the "Custom Factions" tab in editor and Zeus. This cuts down in front-loaded menu spam in Zeus. These groups are not setup for ALIVE use, since it doesn't use the format that it can read.

individual units will be found in there own lists. this can be changed by changing their scopes

Known issues:

• Units with robes will default to CSAT uniforms (avoided with Nurgle Cultists by moving to brown renegade garb) (which is why Dark Mechanicum is not in this template). I believe this has something to do with how those items are setup.
• Cornellia Rebels won't use the "U_C_Driver_3" uniform, and default to CSAT uniforms aside from the Squadleader, which uses a different one. ditto reason for the case, as other uniforms work with the same code.

Things to do:

• Assign AI target weight costs to units
• fix whatever makes robes and some uniforms to not work when called

other lists that can be removed: CDF, Cornellia Rebels, Farsight Dominate, Nurgle Cultists, AdMech
