can someone explain this? what is meant by AMD installation?

Is this referring to AMD GPUs? Just want to be clear before I buy a machine with AMD CPUs and an Nvidia GPU.

I also found this very miss leading. I didn't found any problem with my AMD system + NVIDIA GPU.

Just in case for the future readers, they ALWAYS refer to GPU, they need CUDA for this
