Update to support compound #8

Please comment if this is a correct way to do it:

compound.on('models', function(){
for(var m in compound.models){
if(compound.models.hasOwnProperty(m)){
compound.models[m].paginate = paginateCollection;
}
} +
});

It's correct. Other parts of this module should be rewritten to hook up new APIs, i will more this package to https://github.com/compoundjs and rename to co-pagination after rewriting soon. Thanks for pointing out this issue, this package definitely outdated.
