Requirements

  1. Allow group moderators to collect submissions from members
  2. Allow group moderators to order submissions in the desired order
  3. Preview pack as it would appear on 16c
  4. Assign group members that are able to see an incomplete pack
  5. Release the pack to 16c
  6. PRovide zip artifact
