Queue up scroller video conversion #68

invokinf ffmpeg from Apache may make the webser hang untll ffmpeg finishes, despite limitation introduced. create a queue for conversion and email the initiator when done converting.

could also be helpful to create higher resolution video's as conversion time becomes less important
