FILE_ID.ANS/DIZ not showing up in archive order #77

FILE_ID.ANS and FILE_ID.DIZ don't appear to be always showing when using 'archive ordering' eg: https://16colo.rs/pack/laz12/

this is an individual issue as the pack mentioned contains a FILE_ID.DIZ and FILE_ID.ANS with filenames in lowercase. During unpacking, we're specifically renaming these files (for the sake of performance when displaying pack indexes and contents). when you'll use archive order it will see file_id.diz and file_id.ans in the archive, but won't find those files on disk to display.

While I may have been a bit opportunistic renaming those specific files to uppercase, i still find that necessary, but adjusting to all kind of filenaming possibilities will drive this too far. Packagers should include these files with proper casing which would avoid all issues, they need to be in upper case.
