Allow Multiple Pack Tags #80

Currently this is a bit of a mix implementation. Let's take the scneario of this joint pack by DDT & Toxic.

I tag it at a top level with both ddt and toxic as pack tags. The pack shows up under Toxic's group page but not DDT. Clicking the pack shows the DDT tag at the top of the pack view page but not toxic.

The expected behavior I would think is just to display both group tags. I don't imagine there are too many joint group packs out there so I don't have examples if this has been resolved.
