Can't view tags with spaces in them #85

Browsing through the list of art tags here

https://16colo.rs/tags/content/

Clicking on any of the tags that contain a space in the name returns a 403 error page, for example "ascii art"

Double URL-encoding (encoding the % character as %25) fixes the link
