Ideas for powerups:

Movement speed
Attack range (blocked on @kvfrans )
Fire Spread
Rate of fire
Max Health
Health pickups
Mentos (grenade)

earthquake, aoe, shakes screen
one-time items
acid creates puddles that damage enemies when stepped on
dragonfruit, shoot fire, damage over time
when bullet pops, deals aoe damage / split shot
juice blender = bullet, condensed milk
milk tea / boba attack, boba balls, jelly
hot sauce
coconut water
hot chocolate, coffee, tea
coffee beans make you faster
alcohol makes enemies drunk
green tea makes you zen
