Polygon Point placement should be undo-able #20

Expected behavior

It'd be nice to be able to remove polygon points that have been placed, undoing a step in the drawing stage.

Current behavior

Once placed, a point can be moved but not deleted. To remove a point the entire polygon must be deleted and re-drawn.
