Middle mouse button pan #22

Expected behavior

Holding the middle mouse button and moving the mouse should pan the subject if pan+zoom is enabled.

Current behavior

The middle mouse button behaves identically to the left mouse button (as far as I can tell)

I can recommend trying the CVAT online annotation tool to see how intuitive polygon drawing UX on browser with keyboard + mouse could be implemented, though they assume knowledge about the needed keyboard shortcuts, so we can definitely make improvements!
