The hbl has issues with memory saving in the deladalus r 12-14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Recompiler capabilities
2.Ability to run compressed homebrew such as .zip .rar and .7z
3.Ability to create a sort of file for higher 3d abilities

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
A PSP 3001 hbl 85 stable 1gb memstick slim psp with ver 6.20

Please provide any additional information below.
If you create some sort of file such as a virtual RAM file look into 
eboostr.Which could be converted to a homebrew using  a  psp pc emulator 
VIRTUAL RAM that is an ultimate key in the crash issues usually a fast computer 
doesn't crash as much maybe if you could give the hbl a conversion to use the 
ram by taking a small chunk out of the memstick the hbl could also run better 
if we could change the format of the memstick to ntfs
