why cant we use the usbhost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load a homebrew that connects to the computer via usb
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
does not connect to pc via usb

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
psp go, 6.20

Please provide any additional information below.
i was trying to use "my psp menu" and it loaded but it woulnt connect to pc via 
usb or wifi....

i am probably wrong, but it (probably) needs kernel access to go into usb mode
