so that we can use homebrew that have lua files....

there are alot of games and apps out there that have .lua files....
and wont run because hbl cant read it....so maybe we can add support for .lua 
files for the hbl to read....kinda like the LUAplayer....but the LUAplayer 
installs it to the CFW and we cant do that using hbl

There are lots of LUA Players that work correctly, such as My Windows.
