dosbox no longer works on r94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install hbl r94
2.run hbl

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

it dose basically the same thing as pspkvm instead of loading
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

r94 psp go 6.20
Please provide any additional information below.

Also a copy of the dbglog would help to identify if it's the same problem as 
other applications

DosBox work's fine on r95 when you have cpu option set to normal, but when you 
changed it to dynamic then you got black screen and psp shuts down. I can give 
dblog if needed.

Can that be fixed somehow or it has to be that way? Because playing games in 
normal mode is not so good. This is not a request, I am just asking if that is 
possible.

I can say that in some versions of hbl (rev 81-85) I am able to make dosbox run 
in dynamic mode. It is buggy, doesn't load sometimes, but still dynamic mode 
CAN work under hbl and it is a fact. I checked the same version I use under rev 
95 and it doesn't load in dynamic mode. Therefore I am pretty sure it is hbl 
bug and can be fixed if someone have ability and time to do it.
