debug version sucks #327

i just noticed a compatibility issue on the us version of 6.31 hbl try to run 
this (below) on debug it will give an error run it on the regular version it 
will load fine

The debug version is manly for devolopers and people who want to support HBL

So thats why the debug version has lower compadibility it just is for hbl 
contributers and people who want to fix HBL bugs

Well first off you got banned from advancedpsp.tk
Second off if you don't like a certain edition because of compadibility then 
how about you try out a diffrent edition
This issue is junk, it is over
