resolve toshi connector never calls callback if service fails #39

When attempting to call toshis unspent_outputs service, if the address didn't exist (or incoming coins had 0 confirmations) this call would never call the callback and there is infinite retries.

Great find. Thank-you very much. If you're curious, I'm spending most of my time at the moment on the gui, so hopefully we can start using this stuff in the browser soon..
