Implement the Exam Resources Site into the Exam Preparation Site #22

This will be a large feature to implement. But the goal is to implement the ExRe - Exam Resources page into this one.

The first step will be just to link to the page in the menu. Will need to modify the src/components/Layout/index.js file and just add a normal href link in the list.
