This is also interesting if we want to speak to the number federal website users:
2.64 billion visits is only pages with DAP code. They don't cover the whole gov.
Here is a before image of comments. Which of these are helpful to our writers for improving or understanding how people use our content?
Here is after the HSM has evaluated them. Now the writers don't have to read the one's marked spam. It's not just putting aside the real spammy junk. It even understands which comments are helpful to us.
Agencies / Projects with survey comments that are interested in our work: HHS USDA / Centers of Excellence Customer Experience CAP Goals Working Group GSA via the Office of Customer Experience.
Non-survey usage: PBS and Fleet Management Contact Center intake https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#crnt&panel1-1 https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us Search.gov
Every single member of congress has a comment box form. White House, too. They must get SO MUCH SPAM.
