Finalize PRA for forms #337

We need to formally confirm whether we need PRA approval for the web form. We are asking this far ahead because it is a 90 day process.

Fastest way:

  1. Get the control numbers of the forms you'd be replacing
  2. Create a mockup of what people would fill out to submit a request now
  3. Let me know, and I'll book time for us to meet with OIRA!

Hey @ErieMeyer, some responses:

  1. We wouldn't be replacing any forms. The agencies that will be using them currently have none and accept a blob of text via email/letter.

  3. I've reached out to folks in OIRA, informally, on two separate occasions. Both times they said that the PRA doesn't apply to the FOIA. I normally don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but this seems like one of those times where I should make 100% sure. Or not? I'll ping you offline to discuss.

I'm going to move this into the backlog. We can revive it again when the time comes.
