Per Cloud Foundry documentation use of $VCAP_APP_HOST and $VCAP_APP_PASSWORD are incompatible with newer (Diego-based) Cloud Foundry deployments. This change makes this repository forward compatible with the new cloud.gov environment deployment in AWS GovCloud.
