quick tweak to findings page table

Currently

• the findings column is narrow and fixed width.

Change

• [x] allow the findings column to match the width of the corrective action column.
• [x] right align the expand and copy buttons to the bottom right side of the column.
• [x] change "hide text" to read as "close"
