User story

As a user, I want a usable and pretty results page when I use the Distiller app.

Acceptance criteria

distiller/results.html looks well-formatted and uses USWDS 2.x.x conventions.

Implementation notes

Will address after 18F/federal-grant-reporting#105 ships, which will unblock the distiller/results.html page, which is currently inaccessible from the app due to an error caused by missing data.
