(User Suggestion) An OTSB May Express Interest Endorsing a Topic Response #92

Need to verify with USAF and if approved, convert to story.

User (Other Than Small Business) suggests means for potential large business tech transition partners > and universities to interact with potential topic responders (SBIR/STTR firms) to determine if there is a > match or interest in endorsing/supporting a specific topic response with a letter of support. This has always been a need on both sides of the Industry (large and small). What I envision is a portal solution > that lists all topics and has a place to register interest as a large business, small business, or university, with POC info posted. You could model this after the FBO Interested Vendor list.
