Updates capitalization to align with content guide. Only proper names (e.g., Automated Testing Cookbook) should be fully capitalized; page headers (Guides template) are sentence case.

Actually, each of the different items in that list are separate, standalone guides, and I'm inclined to leave the capitalization as-is.

Doing some PR clean-up (as I have an urgent one at the top of the queue) so adding :eyes: to other. I'm off the mind that the authors determine whether or not the name of their guide is a proper noun or not, and it should be accordingly matched. A new PR that aligns that way could be opened, but closing this one for now.
