555.11 defines Act as 18 U.S.C. Chapter 40, but there are numerous uses of the term in other contexts where using that definition is wrong, for example https://atf-eregs.apps.cloud.gov/555-1/2015-25190#555-1
There, we currently have a definition link for Act in the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (clearly wrong) but also in 511.1.b.8 unlawful acts.
I think the best thing would be for them to alter the term from Act to the Act, which appears to fit the usage in the rest of 555.
Failing that, we could theoretically have a custom definition so that the Act points to the definition of Act, and other instances of act would be ignored, but I'm not sure we currently have that capability.
It might be better to exclude act for the moment given that the current definition link is misleading in a number of places, but there are also sections such as https://atf-eregs.apps.cloud.gov/555-26/2015-25190#555-26-d-6-ii where it's helpful.
