https://travis-ci.org/eregs/regulations-parser/builds/265212796 is indicating a mismatch in the ATF data. I'm betting there was a new annual edition published; investigating now.

Indeed, the annual edition was only recently published. There are changes to a few trees:

478.72:
- 3 tweaks to spaces after periods
- A sentence appears to have been removed. Following up with ATF to verify
478-73-a: 1 space after a period removed
478-74: 4 spaces after periods removed

479-90-b: a space between a section symbol and number has been converted to a thin-space
