Question/Comment

The PWS states “All users shall be authenticated and authorized so that only authorized users have access.” Is there an existing identity/credential management system to use for authentication (if so, what standard)

A separate login will suffice for external users. Awardee should be aware that the long term intent is to integrate with PIV, and therefore the design should easily integrate when needed. The PIV requirement is not part of the 60 period of performance.
