Section 5.0 states:

Contractor shall use data validation features to verify applicant data, such as addresses, by querying outside data sources.

Are the specific data sources for this verification already identified? If they are identified, what methods of integration are available (e.g. RESTful service integrations)?

Specific data sources are not yet identified, and will be defined based on user research conducted by the vendor and coordinated with the Product Owner and 18F.
