Question/Comment

Section 5.0 states:

Contractor shall use data validation features to verify applicant data, such as addresses, by querying outside data sources.

Is the goal of the prototype to perform validation directly from the front-end to the outside data sources or do you expect data validation to be done in the front end, but via a service interface exposed from an integrated back end service. If the latter, do you expect the front end prototype to be delivered with a mock validation service or a functional validation service?
