Section 5.0 states:

The contractor will not be responsible … to provide hosting of the e-QIP prototype.

Can you describe the provided hosting environment?

The prototype will be hosted on the cloud.gov PaaS and therefore must be compatible. You may find the cloud.gov documentation here: https://docs.cloud.gov/
