Question/Comment

Is the Contractor fully responsible for the code pipeline including continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous monitoring, and cloud deployments of the prototype?

The vendor will be responsible for continuous integration and monitoring, and continuous/cloud deployment will be performed in conjunction with 18F as part of the acceptance process.
