PWS. Section 2.0. Objectives. “OPM and NBIB are seeking the creation of a new front-end/user interface prototype of the e-QIP system.”

Question/Comment

Can the Government define the term “prototype”? Does this use the definition from the 18F Prototype Guidelines?

User research will help to further define the scope, but we expect that the deliverable will include working and well tested software in line with the specifications outlined in the PWS and QASP.
