The scope of this work currently extends to the entire SF-86. That said, the PWS provides room for discovery (which can affect scope), and vendors might start their prototype by re-thinking the parts of SF-86 where they feel they can (1) significantly improve the experience and (2) provide significant business value (or efficiency gains) to the government.

Section of RFQ documents
PWS. 5.0. Tasks. “Contractor shall build a front-end software application prototype of the e-QIP system using a modern technology stack, digitizing the OPM Standard Form 86 (SF-86) or its successor and associated questions.”
Question/Comment
Is it expected that the prototype will digitize the entire OPM SF-86? Or will a smaller subset of the form be used for prototyping purposes?
