Question/Comment on e-QIP Prototype RFQ

Name and affiliation

Brian Funk - NCI, Inc - Agile BPA Manager

Section of RFQ documents

PWS. Section 6.6.3 List of Deliverables “In-progress development prototype, accessible on the web via staging server / development server”

Question/Comment

The development prototype is due at the end of Sprint 2. Is it expected that this initial prototype will have all functionality described in the PWS at that time? Or will the features included in this initial prototype be based on prioritization from the Product Owner working with the Product Lead and development team?

We intend to work in an agile way, and therefore the "due date" of the development prototype is not intended to convey that the product will be finished, but rather that some number of development user stories will be delivered in each sprint, beginning with Sprint 2.
